I’m a therapist who works with people who value spirituality. Our deepest problems in living occur when we feel God is distant and that the responsibility for life is entirely on us. I am Christian and open to all seekers, including the spiritual but not religious.

What to Expect
I recommend weekly therapy for best results. Weekly therapy allows for a trusting relationship to develop more quickly. It also provides the regular support you need as you begin making changes to become the best person you can be.
Therapy can be short term or long term, depending on the nature of the problem and your goals. I usually recommend committing to therapy for 12 sessions, then reevaluating with me your progress.
Studies show that the quality of the relationship with the therapist is often more important than the type of therapy offered. People say I am authentic, calming, insightful, and that they can tell I care about them.
