I charge $155 for 50-53 minute therapy sessions. I accept payments by credit card, check, and Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account cards.

Insurance Reimbursement

I am out of network with all insurance companies. If you want to use insurance and think I would be a good fit for you as a therapist, please call the insurance company to find out about your out-of-network benefits before scheduling a session. Questions to ask:

• What is my deductible for behavioral health sessions, if any?
• How much of the deductible have I met for the year?
• What percentage of outpatient behavioral health therapy fees do you reimburse?

Most insurance plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits that reimburse between 40-60 percent of "allowable" fees. Insurers are required to provide reimbursement within 30 days of receiving a claim. I email statements monthly that you can file with insurance for reimbursement.
