Yoga for Energizing

Are you experiencing fatigue, low energy or depression? Do you sometimes get stuck in self-criticism or hopeless thinking? Experience how simple movement and breathing practices can energize you. Mindful movement practices help the brain change from habitual patterns of thinking. Gentle movement also helps create a more resilient nervous system.
You’ll experience practices I’ve been learning as a teacher trainee in Subtle Yoga. I continue to be amazed at how these gentle movements and breathing techniques help with energy.
The practices are appropriate for all ages and abilities. We do them seated in a chair or in a standing position. They don’t require experience, flexibility or balance. You’ll leave with resources for home practice. Limited to 6 participants.
