Yoga for Energizing

Experience how simple movement and breathing practices can relieve depression and energize you. In the depressed state, we often feel trapped in negative thinking and physical lethargy. Research shows that mindful movement practices help the brain change and regulate the nervous system.
I’ll be sharing with you practices I’ve been learning as a teacher trainee in the Subtle Yoga program. I’ve been practicing yoga regularly for several years now. I continue to be amazed at how small, gentle movements and breath practices help me to feel more grounded and energized.
The practices are appropriate for all ages and abilities. We do them seated in a chair or in a standing position. They don’t require flexibility, balance, or equipment. You’ll leave with resources for home practice. Limited to 6 participants.
